I was born and raised in the Bay Area and relocated to Nevada County in 1996 to live and work in the serenity of the foothills. I am married and have 3 children. Although demands of being a professional loan consultant and raising a family are chaotic, I wouldn't change a thing. I received extensive training at Bank of America where I worked from 1978 until 1990. Working as a Loan Consultant at Chase Manhattan from 1990 until 1993 provided further experience in the mortgage-lending field. Having a banking background, I look at the overall financial picture of each client and can recommend the best approach to financial security. I obtained my real estate license in 1993, which freed me from the constraints of overly conservative banking requirements and allowed me to deliver loan approval to more clients. Arranging financing for buyers who think home ownership is unattainable is very rewarding. My background and extensive training enable me to find creative solutions for unique situations.
