Paul has extensive experience across a wide range of loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, and Reverse Mortgages. He specializes in helping Veterans and active-duty service members navigate VA loans, guiding them through purchases and refinances with clarity and confidence. He is also highly experienced with Reverse Mortgages (HECM), helping seniors leverage their home equity in a thoughtful, compliant, and client-first way. In addition, Paul is passionate about assisting First-Time Home Buyers - taking extra care to educate and support them through what can feel like an overwhelming process, turning uncertainty into empowerment.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time on his boat with his wife Asia, traveling, and hiking the beautiful local trails.
