Having been previously involved in both the wholesale and retail side gives him a thorough understanding of all the nuances and intricacies of mortgage lending. Paul has a comprehensive understanding of myriad loan types; including Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA and even Reverse Mortgages.
He volunteers his time for Sacramento CAMP, California Association of Mortgage Professionals, which is a group dedicated to improving lending practices by offering training, guidance and legal counsel for the industry.
He knows how challenging buying or refinancing a home can be so he dedicates his time and attention to making sure the process goes as smooth as possible. Communication is key to success, which is his forte; always keeping clients and Realtors informed every step of the way.
He prides himself on dependability and accessibility. Paul says his favorite part of the job is experiencing homeowners’ enthusiasm to move into their new home. He says reaching a successful and on-time closing, along with being available to his clients is his main goal. He says it’s especially gratifying to help first-time buyers who previously thought home ownership was unobtainable. He loves knowing he’s played an integral part in such an exciting venture.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time on his boat with his wife Asia, along with traveling and hiking the beautiful trails in Placer County.
